Returns

All returns must be authorized by a Return Mechandise Authorization (RMA).

In general, product must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. No loose or damaged units will be accepted.

There is also a standard 15% restocking fee that will apply to all returned items.

Warranty Items

Before returning items under warranty, we encourage you to reach out to our product support team at (855) 557-2587 or support@salusinc.com for assistance in troubleshooting and resolving any field issues.

Should an item be diagnosed as faulty, it can be replaced under warranty. Braeburn provides a limited product warranty for all Salus units manufactured. The length of this warranty may vary by product model. For further information and instructions on returning items under warranty, please refer to the below Warranty Statement.
